Peers spend nearly �175,000 of taxpayers' money on art and statues for the House of Lords

Official figures show that tens of thousands of taxpayers' money has been spent on sculptures, paintings and silverware in the last year, including this one of suffragette Viscountess Rhondda for �7,500.
