The Apple Power Macintosh G5 PowerPC 970
The Apple Macintosh Power Mac G5 was introduced to much fanfare by Steve Jobs in August of 2004. During the presentation, Steve Jobs made reference to the accidental inclusion of the new computer system on Apple Computer Inc's website, a fact that later resulted in the removal of a senior member of the website design team. The Power Macintosh G5 series of computers ran for some 2 years before being discontinued.
